Our 11.5 L block will fill about 3-4 medium sized (19 x 15 cm) plant pots. If you don't need that much, we've developed our 'One Pot Wonder', which is 3 L and perfect for 1 single medium sized pot.

Yes. Our coir can be mixed with other substrates, or works perfectly well on it's own. Just remember to add plant food (as you should with any compost!).
